New Members

Welcome to AWCA! We host a monthly meeting and a variety of events for new and current members. These events help you meet others, get tips on Dutch life, and share experiences.

Monthly Meetings: A club wide assembly featuring a guest speaker, time to socialize and refreshments.

General Meeting: Start at 10:00 with a coffee social, meeting at 10:30, and end at 12:00.
Night Meeting: Start at 19:00 with a social, meeting at 19:30, and end at 21:00.

Coffee Chat: Informal gathering at a café, usually on the third Tuesday morning of each month.
A'Sisters: New to the Netherlands? New members can connect with a member who can help answer your questions.

Membership Levels

AWCA year runs from July 1 - June 30 and welcomes members year-round.
Dues are collected annually on July 1.
If you have any questions or were previously a member (in 2023 or later), please contact membership to reactivate your membership.

Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

You are an American citizen or US Resident Card holder.
You are the spouse/partner of an American citizen.
You have lived in the U.S.
You have relatives who work or study in the U.S.
You work for an American company (applicant or spouse/partner).
You are a former member of another American Women's Club.
You are a daughter or mother of a member.
You are a citizen of another North American country.
First-time Standard Members joining between Jan 1 and May 31 are eligible to a discounted fee. Contact Membership.

Youth Membership

25 years old or younger when joining the club
When a member renews and is 26 years old as of July 1, they will then pay Standard membership dues.
